Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of commercial banking/ABL experience.
• Strong knowledge of borrowing bases, collateral, and credit structures.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and borrower performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned ABL portfolio during onboarding and servicing.
• Serve as primary contact for existing ABL clients and coordinate servicing needs.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to retain, expand, and improve profitability.
• Review borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting, and related data.
• Coordinate with collateral monitoring and loan operations teams for compliance.
• Support portfolio reviews, regulatory examinations, and audits.
