Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking an RBT Trainer to oversee and lead clinical trainings, ensuring adherence to BACB standards across our clinics. The role includes maintaining an RBT client caseload, delivering new hire training, and supporting staff with LMS platforms.

The ideal candidate holds RBT or BCaBA certification, has 3+ years in ABA with leadership exposure, and can travel within the assigned area, with some remote work available.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT or BCaBA Certification.
• 3+ years in ABA, with 1+ years leading.
• Confident communication skills for training Team.
• Ability to travel within assigned area; some remote work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead clinical trainings for team members to uphold standards.
• Implement new hire training and retraining across clinics.
• Provide monthly CPR/Safety Care training and support the RBT certification process.
• Create and manage trainings under the Director of Quality and Education.
