Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) Colleyville is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to oversee staff training and clinical alignment with BACB standards. You will coordinate with BCBAs to ensure milestones are met and supervise the training of BTs and RBTs across the center.

The role requires ABA experience, leadership skills, and current RBT certification; the position offers a pathway to BCBA through BI’s development programs and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising employees.
• Current RBT certification and RBT IV or higher.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff and coordinate with BCBAs to meet milestones and clinical expectations.
• Ensure Therapy Team operates effectively and that children progress per BACB standards.
• Ensure new BTs and RBTs receive training according to BI’s program.
• Complete all training milestones as specified.
