Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking an RBT Facilitator to support the development of ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians in a clinical setting. The role combines direct patient sessions with coaching to model ABA strategies and provide behavior-specific feedback to support skill development and clinical growth.

The RBT Facilitator works closely with Virtual Trainers and clinical leadership to ensure coaching is consistent, effective, and aligned with quality standards, preparing therapists for

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential required and at least 6 months of experience.
• Demonstrates effective implementation of ABA strategies in clinical sessions.
• Demonstrates the ability to coach others in behavior analytic skills with training or facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care while embedding frequent learning opportunities for the trainee throughout sessions.
• Supports new hires in onboarding and preparing for the RBT competency assessment and certification requirements.
• Observes ABA Therapist and RBT performance and delivers timely, behavior-specific feedback to support skill development.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, coaching/feedback records, and supervision tracking.
• Communicates progress and performance trends to Center Managers and BCBAs.
• Provides continuous coaching and modeling to support skill development and clinical performance, reinforcing best practices.
