Kind Behavioral Health, LLC in North Carolina offers consistent, clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll work in a team-oriented setting with real-time coaching and upper support, with lower BCBA caseloads than typical roles.

In this role, you’ll contribute to a high-quality ABA program, receive ongoing supervision and training, and enjoy a stable schedule with weekday hours as the clinic expands in North Carolina and beyond.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within90 days– paid training provided)
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team
