Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in North Carolina is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA team and supporting each client’s unique goals.

You’ll thrive if you’re enthusiastic about learning, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care in diverse settings, including clients’ homes, schools, or community environments, under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members during supervision and training.
