Kind Behavioral Health, LLC in Winston-Salem is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with no weekends required.

You’ll implement behavior intervention plans while collaborating with your clinical team, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.

Competitive compensation of $18.00–$24.00/hour depending on experience, alongside comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and paid training.

Formación

• Experience in structured caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education).
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and active engagement with children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Create engaging learning environments for children.
