Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping develop communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans with a BCBA, and support families with progress updates; flexible full-time or part-time hours, after-school or weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
