Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will help develop communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to carry out behavior plans, and support families by sharing effective strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience is not required but helpful; training provided.
• Data collection during sessions to track progress and goals.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
