Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will implement plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with a team.

Flexible hours and travel up to 25% are available, with compensation ranging from $22 to $30 per hour. A vehicle and valid driver's license are required to commute between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.
