Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will deliver 1:1 sessions at home or in clinic and follow supervisor-directed treatment plans while recording data and notes.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A criminal background check is required, and English communication skills are essential for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driving license required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic.
• Implement treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle to commute to locations; prompt to appointments.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
