Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will deliver 1:1 services in home or clinic settings, following the treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.

This role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive team; candidates must have an RBT certification, a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
