Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and materials accessible.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work.
• Complete tasks associated with each therapy session.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision from supervisors via direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policy manuals.
• Deliver instruction following training and supervisor feedback.
• Collect, record, and analyze data per procedures.
• Respond to client behavior per training and supervision.
• Complete progress notes by session end.
• Identify interventions and communicate with BCBA or supervisor.
• Implement Crisis Prevention Institute procedures when needed.
