Job summary

HR Alliance is seeking a part-time in-home ABA therapy assistant to provide one-on-one services under BCBA supervision across assigned client homes in Michigan. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma, a negative TB test, and successful credentialing. Onboarding and ongoing supervision support professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• Valid negative TB test is required.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
