Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Professional references.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 and 2:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, play, and ADL skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and Safety-Care training.
