Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or community settings. You will implement programs, monitor progress, and work under a BCBA supervision to meet client goals.

Requirements include a Certified Behavior Technician certificate, 2+ years experience with developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
