Job summary

The Center for Human Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Pulaski County, Waynesville, MO. This full-time role supports clients with developmental disabilities using positive reinforcement and data-driven plans.

Responsibilities include documenting notes, reporting updates to the BCBA, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards while fostering caregiver collaboration and client progress.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months experience in the developmental disabilities field or related behavioral supports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• RBT-Credentialed through the BACB upon hire.
• Must complete CHS training (HRD-P-022).
• Must obtain Class E driver's license within 30 days of starting.
• Provide proof of personal vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one treatment to individuals in need of applied behavior analytic therapy.
• Implement and maintain feedback provided by the BCBA.
• Implement goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding client progress to the supervisor.
• Develop professional relationships with caregivers and provide feedback.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Keep and track accurate data collection according to the treatment plan.
• Adheres to BACB and Center for Human Services ethics.
• Observe confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
