Magnet ABA Therapy in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in person and help clients build essential social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans. Prior experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
