Job summary

Center for Human Services - Missouri is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques under the supervision of a BCBA, providing one-on-one support to clients and documenting progress. The role requires completing RBT training, obtaining BACB credentialing within 90 days, and maintaining confidentiality in all tasks.

The position is full-time, on-site in Fulton/Callaway County, MO, with standard weekday hours and CHS benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.
• At least 6 months experience in developmental disabilities field or related behavioral supports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• BT-Credentialed through BACB within 90 days to become an RBT.
• Must complete CHS HR policy training HRD-P-022.
• Must obtain Class E driver’s license within 30 days.
• Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of RBT training under BCBA supervision on hire.
• Pass the RBT credentialing exam within 90 days of hire.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral analytic therapy as needed.
• Implement goals under BCBA supervision.
• Record accurate data and report progress to supervisor.
• Develop professional relationships with caregivers and provide progress updates.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social and other targeted skills.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and HIPAA confidentiality.
