Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks dedicated therapists to implement ABA programs for youths with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under a BCBA supervisor, track progress, and help clients achieve communication, self-help, and social skills goals. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor; track client progress and program data.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other targeted goals.
• Observe and adhere to Company Policy and procedures; maintain confidentiality.
