Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and work in a center-based setting with various schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team as needed.
