Magnet ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, collect progress data, and help implement behavior support plans.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with a BCBA and families. Training will be provided, with competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families
