Job summary

Community Horizons ABA is seeking an RBT/BT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in a direct-therapy setting. You will implement skill acquisition programs and BIPs under a supervising BCBA, while helping learners develop communication and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates will have or be pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the flexibility to work 8am–8pm.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or commitment to completing 40-hour training for RBT certification.
• Experience with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Availability from 8am–8pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and BIPs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Support learners in communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment during all therapy sessions.
• Record data and complete session notes accurately; ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team; participate in supervision meetings.
