Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings under supervision. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

You will collect data on treatment goals, contribute to behavior plans with a supervising BCBA, and share progress updates with families. This part-time role offers flexible afternoons/evenings and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions
