Job summary

Genesis HealthCare seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement skills, support behavior modification, and document services accurately while maintaining ethics and professional standards.

The role requires 18+ with HS Diploma/GED, 1 year of pediatric experience, and completion of the 40-hour RBT training (training provided if needed). Eligible for part-time hours in Omaha.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow behavior treatment plan under supervising clinician.
• Ensure timely billing and accurate documentation.
• Update availability in the EMR platform and inform Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Comply with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as required.
