Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation.

• Must clear a felony background check and previous employment verification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and engage in active physical play with children.
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under the direction of a BCBA to individuals with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Therapy tailored to each individual, based on their interests and actionable to produce results.
• Therapy delivered primarily at the clinic with opportunities for home, school, and telehealth sessions.
• Participate in paid RBT training and follow a career advancement path toward BCaBA or BCBA.
