Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the homes and community settings of clients. We offer full training and ongoing support, with paid RBT 40-hour training for the right candidates and pathways to certification.

We value communication, dependability, and a positive, patient approach. Roles include collaboration with BCBA supervision and a focus on meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or one year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children 2–21.
• Collect data and enter into EMR daily; maintain communication with the BCBA and families.
