Job summary

Autism Therapy Center is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children who have autism, delivering ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Complete a free 40-hour RBT training.
• Complete competency assessment and apply for state licensing.
• Background check required.
• Pass the RBT examination to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral strategies provided by the Behavior Analyst for each child (in-home or in-clinic).
• Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy.
• Collect data from sessions to identify effective/ineffective procedures and new issues.
• Communicate progress with parents.
• Work with parents to address issues or identify new behaviors.
• Abide by the ABA ethical code.
• Must be able to lift and carry patients if necessary.
