Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC seeks passionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings across Colorado. You will teach essential skills and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collaborating with families and clinicians.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days, with paid training and ongoing professional development. Active RBT certification and experience with children or developmental disabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience is preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain professional and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
