Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills under guided supervision.

You will collect data on goals during sessions and work with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, while supporting families with strategies and progress updates. Flexible after-school hours and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
