Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, delivering 1:1 sessions and closely mentoring under a BCBA. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while learning hands-on techniques.

You'll collect data, implement plans with supervision, and share progress with families. This role offers flexible part-time hours, with afternoon/evening availability in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
