Links ABA Therapy in Woodbridge Township, NJ, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, collecting data and implementing behavior plans under a BCBA supervision, while supporting families with progress updates.

The role offers flexible afternoons/evenings and ongoing mentorship. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour with benefits eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
