Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, providing ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect real-time data under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred; assistance with obtaining certification provided.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
