Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join a growing team providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in homes, schools, or community settings, implementing plans created by supervising BCBA and collecting real-time data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help the right candidate get certified.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required
