Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA seeks dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join a growing team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings, implementing individualized plans developed by supervising BCBAs.

You will collect real-time data and use behavioral strategies to reinforce progress, while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. Applicants should have or be eligible for RBT certification, experience with children or special needs, strong

• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.

About the Role: Brighter Steps ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
