Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing New Jersey team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision of a BCBA.

We offer competitive hourly pay, consistent scheduling with flexible hours, paid training, and assistance to obtain or maintain RBT certification, with opportunities to advance as we expand across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help the right candidate obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Brighter Steps ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
