Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, a referral leader in pediatric ABA, seeks compassionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy in home or community settings. You’ll implement behavioral plans and track progress under supervision.

Eligible candidates bring 6 months ABA experience or related background, strong communication, and a willingness to undergo background checks. Reliable transportation and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes
• Must possess a High School Degree
