Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is a US-based clinic seeking a Clinic RBT to conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, RBTs, and families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team.
