Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism in home and community settings, under BCBA supervision.

Must have 6 months ABA experience, reliable transportation, strong communication, and be willing to pass a background check. A high school diploma is required; growth and mentorship opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or related role preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in home or community settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients in home or community settings.
• Implement Behavioral Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Enter data and track progress for each client daily.
• Maintain professional boundaries with families and clients.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
