Job summary

Connect Therapies is a growing ABA company seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians excited to work with children and grow in ABA. You will provide 1:1 therapy in school and community settings, receive supervision from a BCBA, and pursue RBT certification with supported training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate session data.
• Complete session notes.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors.
