Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under a BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to promote communication, social skills and adaptive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior to the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and attend team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.
