Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to implement treatment plans and help develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, collaborating with families, and participating in ongoing training to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with ABA programs or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor changes in behavior and progress; report to BCBA.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing training and maintain ABA knowledge.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills.
