Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated ABA therapy professional to work in person. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision, provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Data collection and collaboration with the BCBA are key parts of the role. The position emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and precise data documentation in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
