Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. Training, supervision, and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in the field and make a meaningful impact for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
