Job summary

Judson Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement treatment plans and provide direct line therapy for children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders. This role involves working 1:1 or in small groups to develop individualized skills and support families in daily activities.

Responsibilities include data management, participating in treatment planning, and maintaining rapport with parents through weekly contacts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children, teens, and young adults with diverse needs.
• Ability to be trained in ABA intervention methods and follow plans.
• After training, complete New Hire Competencies with ≥90% accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-to-one line therapy per treatment plans.
• Work with clients individually or in small groups to acquire skills.
• Manage 2-3 client cases including data summaries and materials.
• Engage parents through weekly contacts and attend team meetings.
• Follow behavior plans and safely manage challenging behaviors.
• Participate in required trainings and perform duties as assigned.
