Job summary

Judson Center seeks a Behavior Technician for the Bridges to Success program to implement treatment plans and provide direct line therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders.

The role involves working 1:1 or in small groups on individualized skills, managing several client cases with data and parent communication, and adhering to behavior plans using QBS techniques. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, social work, or related field.
• RBT preferred.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License and use of own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line therapy to clients following treatment plans.
• Work 1:1 or in small groups on individualized objectives.
• Manage 2-3 client cases with data, materials, and parent communication.
• Follow behavior plan and QBS techniques; training provided.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
