Job summary

REACHING BEYOND LIMITS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Technician to support children with autism and mental health diagnoses. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement treatment plans, and track progress under supervision.

You’ll gain hands-on ABA experience, receive paid training, and opportunities to advance. A reliable vehicle is required and you’ll collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to client-centered care. Flexible schedules with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-on-one support to clients with developmental conditions is preferred.
• Valid RBT 40-hour training is required within 2 weeks of hire; supervision is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavior support to children/adolescents in various settings (school, home, daycare).
• Implement individualized treatment plans approved by a BCBA.
• Collaborate with team and families to implement ABA strategies and track progress.
