Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children who have autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

Part-time position with after-school hours and weekend availability preferred. Training is provided, with ongoing supervision and support from experienced professionals to ensure high-quality care for families.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience when working with children and families.
• Strong communication and active listening in home-based sessions.
• Reliability and punctuality for after-school hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
