Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children ages 2–12 in our New Jersey center. You will conduct 1:1 sessions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement behavior plans.

RBT certification is required within 90 days of hire; growth opportunities are available as you advance. The role is full-time and center-based with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to restrain/hold/transport per Behavior Support Plan.
• Strong verbal and written communication with parents and caregivers.
• Experience in center-based ABA therapy environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and expand knowledge through required trainings.
• Support the BCBA in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
