The Autism Center is seeking an energetic RBT to deliver direct adaptive behavior services to clients in home and clinic settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols under BCBA supervision and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality treatment.

Responsibilities include collecting data, maintaining professional conduct, and following BACB guidelines. Must have a 40-hour RBT training, current RBT certification, and a valid driver’s license with auto

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training.
• Current RBT certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in good standing.
• Successful reference and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professionalism and positivity with clients, families, and staff.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Deliver ABA services to clients as directed in accordance with BACB codes.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Maintain supervision requirements per BACB standards.
• Implement feedback from the BCBA on service delivery.
